For security reasons we no longer allow unannounced building access to those showing up without an appointment. A family choosing a to pay in-person (check or cash), must call (607) 416-4073 or email bursar@thecrescentacademy.org, to schedule an appointment. One can find the Bursar’s availability here. Parents will receive a google calendar invite to document the appointment to pay dues. In-person payment is only recommended if the family is paying for the entire year. It can be time consuming and risky to use this form of payment in the long run for the following reasons:
i. Risk of withdrawing and carrying large sums of cash
ii. Time to withdraw cash or write a check
iii. Aligning calendars before due date to ensure timely payment
