You may authorize only the payment submitted now, or ask TCA to retain the same checking account for future payments. If retained, TCA will process a future payment only after you separately authorize the specific amount.

I authorize The Crescent Academy to use the banking information shown on the check I upload to initiate an electronic debit for the amount specified in this submission.

If I select the option permitting TCA to retain the checking-account information, I understand that TCA may process a future payment from this same account only after I separately authorize the specific amount. This is not recurring auto-pay and does not authorize TCA to debit my account on a schedule or without my separate instruction.

I understand that a $30 returned payment/bank transaction fee will apply if the payment is declined or returned. Tuition and other late charges remain governed by TCA's tuition and late-fee policy.
