Visitors who arrive without an advance appointment cannot be admitted during school hours. All visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Schedule an In-Person Appointment
Please arrive five minutes early at the Gym/Services Entrance, at the corner of Broad Street and Madison Avenue.
Paying by check: You do not need to visit the school solely to deliver a check. Use TCA’s secure electronic-check form to authorize the payment amount and upload the check. You may authorize a one-time payment or ask TCA to retain the same checking account; if retained, each future amount will be processed only after you separately authorize that amount. This does not enroll you in recurring auto-pay.
Payment deadlines and fees: Each monthly tuition installment is due by the 28th of the preceding month. For example, September tuition is due August 28th. A payment received on or after September 1st is late, and a $50 late fee per child applies. Registration, curriculum, supply, and other charges are due on the date shown on the invoice. All applicable fees remain in effect regardless of payment method. Please review the tuition and late-fee policy for complete details.
