Unscheduled Visitor Policy

The Crescent Academy is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly learning environment for all students, staff, and visitors.

To help ensure student safety and minimize disruptions to the educational day, all visits to the school between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and approved by school administration.

Visitors who arrive without a scheduled appointment will be denied access to the building. Parents and guardians who need to conduct school business should contact the appropriate staff member in advance to arrange and schedule a meeting.

All approved visitors must check in at the main office upon arrival, present identification if requested, and comply with all visitor management and security procedures.

The safety and security of our students are of paramount importance. For this reason, The Crescent Academy strictly enforces its visitor procedures and reserves the right to deny entry to any individual whose presence has not been authorized in advance or whose presence may disrupt school operations or compromise safety.
